WHere is an easy interpretation of a beverage from a new cocktail list. Designed as a batch pre-mixed that's packed with the tastes associated with festive period, making it excellent for hosting a holiday party. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup you can use for breakfast cocktails, desserts, or to mix another batch of this cocktail.

Serves 10 people
To make the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (makes 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
To prepare the Syrup: Place every components in a saucepan, bring to a light boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. After that, turn off the burner and leave to cool down completely. Transfer to a sealable bottle, cap it and store in the fridge, it can be stored for about one month.
Preparing the Premix: Pour the specified liquid ingredients into a big jug, leave to sit for an hour, then filter it , ideally through muslin, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Pour 85ml of the cocktail base to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring gently for a minute to cool it down. Filter into an cold coupe glass or equivalent, garnish with the cranberries and complete it by giving it a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
